- As many Pull-ups as possible in remaining time.

- 50 Box Jumps (20″ or lower)
- As many Deadlifts as possible in remaining time.

2 min AMRAP:
- 400 m Run
- As many Hang Power Cleans as possible in remaining time.
L1: 135/95, L2: 115/75, L3: 95/65 or lower
Five 2 min rounds with 2 min rest between. Same weight for all workouts. Score is “ME” reps for each workout.
