“Goat Training”
A “Goat” is a movement you want to work on, suck at, or both. Very simply put, it’s the movement that makes you grimace every time you see it because you can’t do it or you suck at it. So choose a single movement you want to improve such as double unders, C2B pull-ups/muscle ups, etc.

Conditioning

Partner WOD!
12 min AMRAP:

  • 200 m run
  • 15 KB swings

Both partners run. While one does 15 swings, the other must hold a handstand.
Then switch.
