  • 3 x 5, Add 5-10# to last week
Conditioning:
Death By DB EMOM:

EMOM for as long as possible:

3 DB Burpees
3 DB Hang Power Cleans
3 DB Front Squats

After 10 mins, add 1 rep to each movement per minutes. ex) Round 11 is 4/4/4, Round 12 is 5/5/5, etc
 
L1: 50/35
L2: 45/30
L3: 40/25 or lower
