This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will perform a 100m Farmers Carry w/ heavy DB/KBs.  Once Partner #2 returns from the Carry, Partner #1 will grab the DB/KB and begin their 100m farmers carry , while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.  Choose weights  for farmers Carry
