Skill/Strength:

10 Min EMOM

3 Push-ups (on DBs)
3 Renegade Rows (each arm)
3 Push-ups
3 DB Hang Power Cleans

*Choose Weight,  Build if possible!
*1s pause at the top of each Push-up
 

Conditioning:

Flag Pole Run

*Make your way to the top of the Flagpole on Skinner’s Butte.  Road or trails.  Turn around and make it back to the gym safely.  6/10 Effort
Should be able to talk in short sentences.
