Clean Complex (10 Min EMOM)
 
Clean + Hang Clean + Front Squat
1 Rep Every MIN,  add 5-10lbs from last week.
 

Conditioning:

12 Min EMOM

MIN 1 | X KB Swings
MIN 2 | X Push-ups
MIN 3 | X Air squats
