Beer Mile
Each competitor drinks 4 cans of beer and runs 4 laps around the block. You must start with drinking the beer then run 400 m. After you complete the run, you will drink another beer, then run your 2 nd lap, and so on…..

If you vomit, 1 penalty lap will be required after your 4th lap.
