Strength

Back Squat (1×20)
This will begin our 4 week journey into Super Squats, each week we will perform back squats for 1 set of 20 reps, adding weight each week.  Saying these are tough is an understatement.  These will test your legs and mind.   The athletes that I have seen complete this program find a new sense of confidence and mental toughness that I haven’t seen with other strength programs.   As they say THE JUICE IS WORTH THE SQUEEZE.  Bring it!!
Use weight from 7/17 ( 2 weeks ago)or 65% of 1RM, One full breath between each rep.
