A “Goat” is a movement you want to work on, suck at, or both. Very simply put, it’s the movement that makes you grimace every time you see it because you can’t do it or you suck at it.

Conditioning

Partner Workout!
Partners will alternate each EXERCISE. One person works at a time. Ex. Partner A performs 10 cal Row, Partner B performs 15 Burpees, Partner A then performs 10 OH lunges and so on and so on…….
20 min AMRAP:

  • 10 cal Row
  • 15 Burpees
  • 10 Overhead Plate Lunges
  • 15 Plate Ground to Overhead
  • 100 m Sprint
