Clean + Hang Clean + Front Squat

x Same weight for all sets, 1 rep of complex each Min.
x Add 5-10lbs from last week

21 Lateral Squat Jumps
21 Double DB Hang Clean & Jerk
15 Lateral Squat Jumps
15 Double DB Hang Clean & Jerk
9 Lateral Squat Jumps
9 Double DB Hang Clean & Jerk

L2 40/25
L3 30/15, Air Squats, SA Clean&jerks

x Make sure to practice a couple of reps of the CJs before you start
x Single Arm Option – same reps
x Lateral Squat jumps = Perform an air squat and jump lateral over the DBs – go directly into the next squat an jump back = 2 reps
