10 min to practice any goat exercise of your choice. Ex: handstand fun, muscle ups, dips, pull-ups, olympic lifts, etc.

Conditioning

“Flight Simulator”
5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50 and back down of Unbroken Double-Unders
*15 Minute Time Cap

  • The set must be UNBROKEN to be complete
  • You MUST stop in between sets (the rope must stop)
  • You can skip any rounds you can’t complete by doing that # of Squats before moving on to the next round.

L2: 5-30 and back down
L3: 2 x 1 singles
