30 min AMRAP:
- 10 Pull-ups
- 15 Ground to overhead
- 20 Burpees
Partner A starts the AMRAP while partner B runs 400 m carrying a plate. When partner B finishes the run, he or she will pick up where partner A left off in the AMRAP.
