Teams of 3 or 4

Station 1- 10/8 Cal Row
Station 2- Toes to Rings
Station 3- DB Thrusters

Rest 3 min

Station 1 – 100m Run
Station 2- Situps
Station 3- Wall Balls

The teammates will all start at different stations.  Station 1 will be the timer for Stations 2&3, which will be accumulating as many reps as possible at there station.  Once the athlete at station 1 has completed the required reps all athletes will rotate.
