Push Press (3 x 5)
70-75% of last week’s 3 RM
Front Squat (3 x 5) with a 2 sec pause at the bottom.
70-75% of last week’s 3 RM
This is the beginning of our strength cycle, be sure to choose weights that you are able to do with perfect form this week.  Give yourself somewhere to go as we add weight to the bar in the coming weeks.

Conditioning

5 min EMOM:  100% effort each round

  • 60 m Shuttle Sprint  (30 m down, 30 m back)
  • 10 Jumping Squats
