  • 10 Pushups (L1 hand release)

Be sure to eat well, get to the gym early to warm up and KILL THIS .   Start getting excited.  I started thinking about what squat video I was gonna post to get you guys fired up and maybe entertain you.  I know there’re  of a lot of cool squat videos out there about form, about some guy who weighs 155 lb squatting 1500lb. Those are great and all but some times its about having fun.
