Well “the open” is over and we saw some epic workouts and performances for everyone.  This week will be a deload/rest week with test workouts on Thursday(bring your legs) and Friday.  Be sure to pay attention to mobility, recovery and nutrition this week as we move forward.   I will give an in depth explanation of the new training template that we will begin next week.

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of:

  • Toes to bar
  • Box jumps

L1: 24″/20″
L2: 20″/16″, Knees to elbows
L3: 16″/12″, V-ups
You do 10 T2B, then your partner does 10 T2B. You do 10 Box jumps, then your partner does 10 Box jumps, the 9 T2B and so on and so on…
