Build to a heavy singles of the”Bear Complex”

Conditioning

For time:

  • 30 reps of the “Bear Complex”

Every time you drop the bar, 10 burpees in the snow…naked….j/k…unless you want to….but you still have to do the burpees regardless….

The Bear Complex is:

  • Power clean
  • Front squat
  • Push press
  • Back squat
  • Push press

And that is one rep. Choose weights.
