CLASS TYPES

At CrossFit Evviva, the workouts are endlessly varied—but far from random. Knuckle bumpingWe think about what we ask you to do. No matter your level of fitness, you’ll work on strength, conditioning, and athletic skill.

If you’re a beginner, don’t worry. We’re highly experienced at helping people who are out of shape. We will guide you to achieve steady progress. Experienced athletes will hone skills and identify and improve movement issues.

In every class, the themes are the same: learn, work and have fun.

Beginner CrossFit Classes (Beginner CF)

A (1)This program is where you’ll begin your journey with us. This is not a watered-down version of our CrossFit program. This is CrossFit. It’s here where we’ll prepare you for the more advanced CrossFit training to come. This course includes coaching, nutrition for fitness, and functional movements.  Each workout will challenge you where you are, whether that’s fresh out of college athletics or fresh off of the couch. Whichever part of the “fit spectrum” you fall into, we’re excited to have you with us.

CrossFit Classes (CF)

After your Beginner Classes, these CF classes will have workouts that have suggested modifications by using L1, L2, and L3. (L1 being Rx’d and L3 being the most modified). They are a helpful guide in choosing the correct modifications for your fitness level. Your coach will help you choose your modifications based on these options and the more fit you get, then you can move to the next level!
