Friday Fun-Day!
Partner monkey see, monkey do: 1-10 reps of

  • Kettlebell swings
  • Ground to overhead
  • Pullups

Your partner will do 1 rep, then you do one rep, partner does 2 reps, then you do 2 reps, all the way to 10 reps of each exercise!
