DEATH BY PULLUPS
With a continuously running clock, do two pull-up the first minute, four pull-ups the second minute, six pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
DEATH BY PUSH PRESS (95lb/65lb)
With a continuously running clock do two push press the first minute, four push press the second minute, six push press ┬áthe third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
