Skill/Strength: Overhead squats
Alternating exercises every minute on the minute, complete a 20min EMOM of:
- 5 Overhead squats (95lb/75lb)
- 10 Pullups
For example: As the minute starts, complete 5 OHS then rest until the next minute begins. Continue the next minute with the 10 pullups and rest the remainder of that minute. Continue alternating exercises for 20 min.
