“The Chief”
3 min AMRAP of:
- 3 Power cleans (135lb/95lb)
- 6 Push-ups
- 9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 Rounds.
See…not everyone has perfect form, but our members are definitely better than these guys! Ha! This is a great workout everyone, so try to make it in!
