5-10-15-20-25-20-15-10-5 reps of:
- Unbroken double unders
- 5 Burpees between each set
If you make a mistake during a set you must start that set over. For example: if you are on the set of 15 rep and you miss on rep 5, you must start over until you get 15 reps in a row. Also, in between each set you must complete 5 Burpees! Fifteen minute Time Cap.
