Partner Workout. One person working at a time.
25 min AMRAP:
- 150 Wall balls (20/14)
- 150 Pushups (hand release)
- 150 Situps (abmat)
Goal is to get a many rounds or reps as possible in 25 min. Ex . if you finish situps start the round over with wall balls.
