This should be a fun and long workout, come down and bring a friend. Can be performed with a Partner.
9am , 12 pm class Times. Open gym 10-12. Olympic lifting Technique 11-12.

- 4 Med Ball Situps (20/14 lb.)
- 5 Burpees
- 6 Toes to Bar
- 7 Push-ups
- 8 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 9 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lb.)
- 10 Pull-ups
- 11 Front Squats (95/65 lb.)(135/95 lb. Adv)
