If you are competing in Bend, you must come do this WOD!

 
Strength: 3 sets ME Ring Dips,  rest 90 sec
Partner Workout!!
20 min AMRAP:

  • 3 Power Cleans
  • 3 Front Squats
  • 10 burpees onto plate

Partners alternate rounds. Post total rounds and total dips. 10 min AMRAP for individuals
L1: 155/115 L2: 135/95 L3: 95/65
Cashout: 2 min ME Double Unders
