Skill/Strength: Power Cleans 2-2-2-2-2
Oregon Winter Games 2013 Partner Workout!
As a team, each person rows 500m-400m-300m-200m-100m.  While one person rows, the other must hold a 135lb/95lb barbell in the rack position. If you drop the barbell the your partner must stop rowing until you get it back in the rack position. Partners switch back and forth until each have completed all distances.
