10 min to work up to a heavy Snatch (full)
-then-
7 min EMOM (70% of heaviest snatch from above)

  • 2 Snatches (full)

All reps are full squat snatches,  No misses!!
-then-
10 min AMRAP

  • 5 Burpees over the Bar
  • 7 Overhead Squats
  • 100m Run
