20 min AMRAP:
- 20 Pull ups (alternate every 5 reps)
- 20 Sit-ups (1 partner completes all 20 per round—teams alternate every round)
- 20 Walking BB Lunges (1 partner completes all 20 per round—teams alternate every round)
- 20 Power snatch (alternate every 5 reps)
Partners alternate every 5 reps on pull ups and snatch. One partner must do all 20 situps then the other must do all 20 lunges (holding the BB in the front rack position) then switch the next round.
