25 min AMRAP:

- 10 Pullups
- 15 Box Jumps (Games Standard)

11 am WOD
One partner does a 150 m farmer carry while the other does as many rounds of:
- 5 Pushups
- 7 Box jumps
- 9 Situps
When you partner completes the farmer’s carry, pick up where your partner left off in the AMRAP.
