Skill/Strength: KB snatch technique

For time:

  • 100 Double unders
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Toes 2 bar
  • 50 KB snatch + OH lunge (25 R/25 L) Demo Video
  • 50 Cal row
  • 100 Double unders

Everyone must start and end with double unders; however, you can start with any exercise in between. You must finish all 50 reps before moving on to the next exercise.  25 min Time Cap.

L1: 53/35   L2: 50 Double unders, 35/25   L3: 25 Double unders or 200 singles, 25lb
