Teams of 2 or 3!

For time:

  • 10 Rope climbs
  • 400 m run
  • 10 Wall climbs
  • 400 m
  • 100 Ball slams
  • 400 m
  • 100 DB push press
  • 400 m
  • 100 Sit-ups
  • 400 m

The order of these exercises will be random! Each team will have these 5 exercises on a card. You must draw one exercise at a time and complete the designated reps. Everyone must run 400 m as a team after each exercise.

L1: BS 30/25, PP 35/30   L2: 20, 30/25   L3: Rope lowers or Ring rows, 20, 20/15

This Saturday we will doing CrossFit for Hope WOD to raise money for St. Judes Hospital! Last year we raised $300. Hoping to increase that number and get a great workout at the same time. CrossFit for HOPE
