  • 1 x  4  @ 70%

Front squats

  • 4 x 5 @ 60%

Conditioning

5 Rounds:

  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Ball Slams
  • 20 Double Unders

L1: 30/25   L2: 25/20, 10 Double unders   L3: 20, 50 singles
