Strength: 10 min to build to a heavy clean
“Pile Driver”
Teams of three!
20 min AMRAP:

  • 200 Wall balls
  • 150 Toes to bar
  • 100 Burpees

L1: 20/14   L2: 14/12, Knees to elbows   L3: 12/10, Toes to rings
Rest 2 min….then…

  • Pile O’ weight – Each team will have a pile of weight and equipment that they must move 150 m. Each person will take one piece of equipment around the block until every piece in the pile has been around the half block! All three can run around with their equipment at the same time.
