Thunder Thighs Thursday!

Strength

We will be using the same weight that you used on Monday.  Have your percentages/weights ready to go when you get to class.  Next week the weights will change so don’t worry or think too much…… just squat.

Back Squats:  rest 90 sec between sets

  • 3 X 5 @ 70%

Front Squats: rest 90 sec between sets

  • 3 X 5 @ 75%

Conditioning

21-15-9 reps of:      10 min Time Cap

  • Burpee box jump overs
  • Shoulder to Overhead

L1: 20/18″, 115/75   L2: 16/12″, 95/65   L3: 12/8″, 75/55
