Back squats: 5 x 5
Start with the weight you completed for your last set of 3 x 5 back squats ( Aug 1)
Conditioning
15 -12 – 9 – 6 – 3 rep of:
- Shoulder to overhead
- Pull-ups
30 Double under in between each set! Compare to 5/16/13!!
L1: 135/95 L2: 115/75, 15 Double unders L3: 95/65, 60 singles
