Clean technique: Tall/Speed Cleans
A tall clean or speed clean is the third pull of the clean. So, the lifter stands with hips and knees open in the high hang, shrugs and then pulls him/her self underneath the bar with speed and accuracy into the catch of the clean or the front squat position. Video below.
