10 min EMOM: “Goat”
So you’re probably asking what Goat training is. A “Goat” is a movement you want to work on, suck at or both. Very simply put, it’s the movement that makes you grimace every time you see it because you can’t do it or you suck at it. So choose either a single movement you want to improve or tackle a leaderboard workout you’ve been dying to try or improve!
15 min AMRAP:
- 5 DB Burpees
- 10 DB snatch + lunge (5R/5L)
- 15 Partner med ball situps
Partner A will perform the first two exercises then both partners will perform the partner med ball situps. The next round partner B will perform the first two exercises then both will perform the med ball situps.
