Thunder Thigh Thurday!

Strength:  Back Squat

  • 5 X 2  (add 5-10% from last week)  Rest 30 sec
  • ME Toes 2 bar after each set of squats,  Rest 2 min

This will be the last week of squats for this current strength cycle, next week  we will deload and test!
Conditioning:

  • 10 Thrusters
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 8 Thrusters
  • 40 Double Unders
  • 6 Thrusters
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 4 Thrusters
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 2 Thrusters
  • 10 Double Unders

L1: 115/75     L2: 95/65, 1/2 Double Unders  L3: 65/45, 2 X’s Singles
