Thunder Thigh Thurday!
Strength: Back Squat
- 5 X 2 (add 5-10% from last week) Rest 30 sec
- ME Toes 2 bar after each set of squats, Rest 2 min
This will be the last week of squats for this current strength cycle, next week we will deload and test!
