- Row 500 m
- 75 Push-ups
- Row 1000 m
- 50 Push-ups
- Row 2000 m
- 25 Push-ups
L1: Hand release push-ups L2: Box push-ups L3: Knee push-ups
One person working at a time. Divide reps and rowing however you see fit!
