  • Clean & jerk
  • Wall balls
  • Push-ups
  • Pull-ups

L1: 135/95, 20/14   L2: 115/75, 14/12   L3: 95/65, 12/10
One person working at a time. 2 min rest in between each exercise. You may choose to go in any order.
Check out this video! The final test became: do some Muscle-Ups until you get to the rig, traverse the rig anyhow, then whoever could do the first MU on the other side—without touching the floor—wins.
