10 min to find a heavy clean & jerk
3 min ME at each of the following:
- Double unders
- Clean & jerk
- Wall balls
L1: 135/95, 20/14 L2: 115/75, 14/12 L3: 95/65, 12/10
One person working at a time. 2 min rest in between each exercise. You may choose to go in any order.
