Friday we will be doing the Lift Up Luke WOD! Lift Up Luke is a benefit workout uniting CrossFitters and athletes around the world to support Autism awareness. CrossFit gyms around the world will be doing this WOD on Saturday. Since we are doing the Performance Challenge WOD on Saturday and having our potluck, we will be doing the Lift Up Luke WOD Friday, so try to make it in and show your support!  You can make donations at the link above.
