- 1 x 5+ @ 80 % (On this set you will do as many as you can with good technique. Do not go to failure!.)

“Death by Burpees!”
With a continuously running clock do 5 burpees the first minute, 6 burpees the second minute, 7 burpees the third minute… continuing as long as you are able, increasing by 1 rep every minute.
L1: burpees with a 6″ touch
