Accumulate as much distance as possible in 5 min at each station:
- Tire flips
- Sled push
- Farmer’s carry (53/35) (35/25) (25/15)
- Log complex -the log complex has two people working at a time holding the barbell on one shoulder. You will first lunge right, lunge left, squat, and then press the barbell over to the other shoulder. Continue this sequence for max distance.
Rest 2 min between each station.
