Strength

Accumulate 3 min of a handstand hold.

Conditioning

With a continuous running clock of 30 sec on/ 15 sec off, complete the chipper:

  • 60 cal row
  • 60 Toes to bar
  • 60 KB swings
  • 60 DB Push press

You may begin in any order. You will have 30 sec of work then 15 sec of rest. You must complete all the reps of one exercise before moving to the next.
L1: 53/35, 35/25   L2: 35/25, 30/20   L3: 25, 25/15
Cashout: Accumulate 3 min of an L-sit

Weekly Recap!

Congratulations to Robin for cleaning up at this weekend’s Halloweenie Weightlifting Competition at Ironworks Gym! She not only took first place in her weight class, but she was also the overall female winner with a 130kg total  (286 pounds). Gary, Sara, Calden and Byron also represented Evviva with solid lifts and awesome Halloween costumes.
