- 1 x 3 @ 70%
- 1 x 3 @ 80%
- 1 x 3+ @ 90 % (as many as you can with good technique. Do not go to failure!)
- 2 x 10 @ 50% (Perfect form)
Come prepared. Know your weights before hand. This should take 15 min or less. All percentages will be based off of 90% of your 1RM.
Buy in: 50 Burpees! If you are wearing a costume, you DO NOT have to do the burpees!! A costume can be anything…cat whiskers, hats, funny makeup…whatever! Just wear something Halloweenie and stop being weird about it!
There will be a list of 40 workouts, all 5 min or less. As a class, you will do as many of them as possible one at a time by picking a number 1-40. Rest as long as needed in between workouts.
