“Barbara”
5 Rounds:
- 20 Pullups
- 30 Pushups
- 40 Situps
- 50 Squats
rest exactly 3 min between each of 5 rounds.
**Scaled version is 3 rounds! Barbara is no joke!**
If anyone is competing in Bend this weekend, I recommend not doing this workout!
