Strength
Front Squats:

  • 1 x 5 @ 75%
  • 1 x 3 @ 85%
  • 1 x [email protected] 95% (as many as possible with good form)
  • 2 x 10 @ 50%

Come prepared. Know your weights before hand. This should take 15 min or less. All percentages will be based off of 90% of your 1RM.
Conditioning
For time:

  • 100 Squats
  • 30 Handstand push-ups
  • 20 Power cleans
  • 10 Bear crawls (15 m)

L1: 135/95   L2: 115/75, 10 Wall climbs   L3: 95/65, HR push-ups
