Weekly Recap!
Congratulations to everyone who crushed old Clean PR’s on Friday. Lisa Truelove cleaned 135 lbs., which is a huge milestone and something she’s been working on for quite some time. Keep putting in the hard work and keeping a positive attitude and you’ll achieve your goals!
It’s that time of year when we’re all feeling a little run down and chances are you’ve noticed the sounds of sniffles and coughs coming from your workout buddies. You go the gym to get fit, not to get sick, so remember to take extra care of yourself this season. Wash your hands, eat your veggies, and get a good night’s rest.
We deep clean the gym on a regular basis, but help us keep everyone safe and healthy by wiping down your equipment with disinfectant spray. The cleaning supplies are in the cans next to the weights.
PSA: Next weekend we will open our gym to a host of visiting CrossFitters and Weightlifters for the Turkey Meet. Many of you keep equipment upstairs and our community is so awesome that we’ve never had issues with items disappearing. We don’t anticipate any problems next week, but remember that you leave your stuff upstairs at your own risk. If you are at all concerned about your equipment, please take it home before Friday.
