We didn’t want to kill ourselves, however at 7:00 am and staying up late the night before, it definitely was a struggle!
New open gym times on Sundays! Starting Feb 26th, you will be able to come in and work on skills, technique, form, Oly lifting, or do a CrossFit workout that you have always wanted to do! From 2-5pm Calden will be here to guide you, answer questions, and teach Oly skills.
You must sign up before hand!!! The times are broken up into 3 hour segments so Calden knows what time to be here for you!
This can be a good lead up into your Flexibility and Strength class happening every Sunday at 5:30pm! Hope to see you guys there!
